Potawatomi Federal Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to rearchitect a federal client application, optimize performance, and streamline business processes. The role focuses on front-end Angular and back-end ASP.NET with SQL, in an on-site Rockville environment, and involves migrating to Azure GovCloud.

Required qualifications include 8+ years in .NET and Angular, a Bachelor's in CS, and US citizenship with active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one.

• Proficiency in .NET, C#, T-SQL, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS, NPM, Webpack, Bootstrap, EF, RegEx, and LINQ.
• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID, Microservices, Restful API, Git, CI/CD, Testing/QA, Responsive Design, and Output Encoding.
• Knowledge of secure coding, RBAC, MFA, AD integration, OAuth/JWT, logging, and cloud architecture.

Position Summary: Command Cyber Solutions is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer, who will be in support of a federal client to rearchitect an existing application to remediate performance and functional issues to streamline business processes for our client's core mission areas. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accurately estimate effort by defining the technical approach for fixing defects, implementing changes, and/or building new functionality
• Develop, document, unit test, and peer review software as required
• Interface with Business Analysts and Software Testers to ensure a full understanding and fulfillment of requirements

• Expertise in Secure Coding practices, Input validation (SQL injection, XSS), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Active Directory integration, Authentication and Authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT), Error handling, Logging, Cloud architecture principles, Azure Functions, App Services, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Security Center, Key Vault, VM, API Gateway, Monitoring tools, Azure migration strategies, AI tools, and agile delivery methodologies. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge:
• Experience integrating and operating AI code assistants (e.g., TabNine, Copilot, AskSage, Claude)
• Familiarity with designing and implementing agentic models.
• Azure AI certifications such as AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer) or DP-203 (Data Engineering) are a plus. Skills:
