Job summary

Lear Corporation in Michigan is seeking a DotNet Full Stack Developer to join our team. The role requires a mix of skills in C#, VB.NET, and modern web technologies, with a focus on message-based patterns and rapid solution delivery for regional plants.

You will troubleshoot, collaborate across Plant and Corporate teams, and help optimize the operating environment. Travel up to 50% may be required to support plant launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting support to plants on existing installations throughout the region as an expert of the system
• Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of Plant and Corporate personnel
• Build productive relationships with Lear colleagues, and provide knowledge, support, and expertise
• Work with other technology experts to develop, implement, and optimize the operating environment to best achieve business results
• Support Automation initiatives from sequencing perspective
• Travel when necessary, up to 50%, to support plant launched
• Relational Database Experience (Microsoft, tSQL, Oracle pISQL)
• DotNet Development Experience (C#, VB.NET)
