Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer in Oshkosh, WI to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using the .NET stack. Focus on ASP.NET Core and Blazor, with both server and WebAssembly options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full-stack web development with ASP.NET Core.
• Strong experience with Blazor WebAssembly or Blazor Server.
• Proficiency in C#, Razor, and .NET 6/7/8+.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of MVC, MVVM, and DDD patterns.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack apps with ASP.NET Core and Blazor.
• Build interactive UIs with Blazor Server or WebAssembly.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and other developers.
• Implement database models and optimize queries with EF Core and SQL Server.
• Maintain code quality through reviews and testing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum sprints and ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing applications.
• Stay updated on .NET/Blazor trends and tooling.
