Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and data access layers.
Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in accordance with federal standards.

We have an exciting full time opportunity for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer in DC supporting a highly secure, mission critical environment. As a Full Stack .NET Developer at Revolutional, you will design, build, and maintain secure, scalable applications in a classified environment. You will operate across the full stack, from backend services and database design to front-end user interfaces.

This role requires engineers who can consistently deliver production-quality software while navigating structured, security-conscious environments. You are expected to troubleshoot complex issues, contribute to modernization efforts, and take ownership of delivering reliable, mission-critical capabilities.

What You’ll Do

As a Full Stack .NET Developer you will:

Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem
Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and data access layers
Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning
Troubleshoot issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers

What You Bring (Requirements):

Baseline Requirements

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
5+ years of professional experience in .NET/C# development.
Security+ certification.

Technical Capabilities

Strong experience building full stack applications using .NET frameworks (.NET Core, MVC, or similar).
Proficiency with SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and database design.
Experience troubleshooting and debugging across multiple system layers.
Familiarity with secure development practices in regulated or classified environments.
Experience working in Agile development teams.
