ASSYST is seeking a skilled Full Stack .NET Developer to research, design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise application software in Austin TX (Onsite)

The Full Stack .NET Developer collaborate closely with software developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions, performing full lifecycle software development including coding, rigorous testing, debugging, and adhering to agency standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Software Design & Coding: Research, design, code, implement, and manage complex computer programs, subroutines, triggers, stored procedures, objects, classes, and scripts.
  • Core Technology Stack: Develop using Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and Oracle Database.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform end-to-end program testing, generate test data, write and execute test scripts, examine results, and debug errors.
  • Standards & Maintainability: Apply modern software development methods and established programming, documentation, and testing standards to guarantee high quality and system maintainability.
  • Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure full compliance with development standards and business/system requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, developers, business analysts, and systems analysts to translate business processes into system solutions.
  • Agile Delivery: Deliver solutions within an Agile/Scrum project framework.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

  • 7+ Years of experience in computer programming, analysis, and developing solutions for complex business processes.
  • 7+ Years of experience in coding, testing, and debugging active development programs or production support (performance, bug fixes, enhancements).
  • 7+ Years of experience processing information logically, designing system/program logic, and writing technical program specifications.
  • 7+ Years of expertise in tech tools, techniques, and practices to protect corporate data integrity, processing safety, and company technology standards.
  • 7+ Years of hands‑on knowledge of architectural concepts, principles, and tools spanning applications, infrastructure, and information systems.
  • 7+ Years of experience applying solution delivery through Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • 7+ Years of tracking IT industry trends, market directions, and emerging technologies (both industry-wide and new enterprise systems).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ Years familiarity with state agency information architecture and information management methodologies.
  • 2+ Years familiarity with existing/planned software technology, as well as global, regional, and local software architecture and infrastructure components.
