Job summary

Loft Orbital is building the first marketplace for space-based AI applications. We are hiring the founding developer of the marketplace to own features end-to-end and ship weekly from MVP to scale.

You will work on the storefront, developer portal, and admin tooling, designing catalogs, onboarding, entitlements, and metering. You will integrate with our mission platform, build connectors for partners, and ensure quality with tests, CI/CD, and robust monitoring.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with TypeScript/React in front-end development.
• Strong back-end skills in Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Solid API design and multi-tenant architecture experience.
• Familiarity with OAuth and cloud-native patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build the Marketplace storefront, partner portal, and admin tooling.
• Design and implement APIs and services for catalog, onboarding, entitlements, and metering.
• Integrate with the mission platform for authentication and deployment workflows.
• Develop connectors for third-party constellations and data providers.
• Own test suites, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring.
