Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Specialist / Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, JPA, Hibernate, SQL, and Oracle.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in application development, production support, incident management, and DevOps, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with offshore and cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support applications using Java 11/17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.


• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement permanent resolutions.


• Handle production support during PST hours, including weekday and weekend support as required.


• Build and maintain a Known Error Database (KEDB) and guide offshore teams on incident management.


• Develop minor enhancements and deliver development stories in an Agile/Scrum environment.


• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and ensure adherence to development best practices.


• Work with JPA, Hibernate, SQL, and Oracle for backend/database development.


• Support DevOps/CI/CD activities using tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.


• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure high‑quality and timely delivery.
