Job summary

Arrowstreet Capital is seeking a full-stack Software Engineer to join the Investment Analytics Engineering team in Boston. You will build and enhance applications, services, and analytics platforms used across investment workflows.

Responsibilities include designing scalable middle-tier services, processing investment data, and delivering robust analytics tools. The role involves cloud infrastructure, modern delivery practices, and collaborating with portfolio managers and researchers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or a related technical field.
4+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience building production-quality applications or services using Python, C#, or similar.
Experience developing in a cloud environment, preferably AWS.
Experience with database technologies.
Familiarity with modern web application development using Angular or React.
Experience with CI/CD tools and GitLab.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and enhance middle-tier services for investment analytics workflows.
Develop scalable tools and services for processing, analyzing, and delivering investment data.
Build and improve web applications used by internal investment and analytics teams.
Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, and researchers to deliver technical solutions.
Contribute to architecture and long-term evolution of systems.
Improve installation, deployment, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Work with cloud-based infrastructure and modern software delivery practices.
