Vantor in Reston, VA, is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications for mission-critical operations. You will work across Java/Python backends, Angular/TypeScript front-ends, and cloud-native AWS services, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic security-cleared environment.

The role combines hands-on development with architecture and deployment duties, requires TS/SCI with poly and a strong knowledge of modern web

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java and/or Python.
• Experience building modern web apps using Angular and TypeScript.
• Relational database development experience.
• Hands-on AWS services experience (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
• Strong understanding of Git workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern software engineering best practices.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Python.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.
• Manage source code using Git workflows, including branching and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with engineers, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver reliable software.
