Job summary

Dover Networks LLC is seeking a senior engineering leader with TS/SCI clearance and Full Scope Polygraph to drive AI-enabled workflows. You will guide a small team, interface directly with the customer, and shape solutions that support mission-critical data curation and analysis.

Responsibilities include expanding automation, exploring agentic AI, developing web apps, and gathering feedback from leadership and analysts to refine deliverables.

Qualifications

• 12 yrs. experience preferred in a technical role or 4 extra years substituting a B.S.
• Clearance requirement: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (not sponsorable)
• Experience leading a team and working with customer stakeholders.
• Strong background in full stack development and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

Job description

Applicants must already hold a TS/SCI clearance with a current Full Scope Polygraph before applying. We are not sponsoring or processing clearances for this position. Candidates who are seeking to obtain a clearance do not meet the minimum requirements.

Salary Range: $260k-$285k per year with an additional $65k-$71k in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions

Description:

You will lead a small team working with a combined set of data from different elements, and building agentic tools to assist in gathering and curating information packages. You will work directly with the customer, learning their workflows, and seeing the results of your work firsthand. Your day to day will consist of direct customer interaction with leadership, analysts, and other developers, implementation of solutions to support mission needs, and participation in a team of teams working towards similar solutions for separate customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise on a diverse set of existing highside services.
• Expand on existing workflow automation efforts.
• Discover new opportunities to introduce agentic AI.
• Develop and maintain web apps to provide analytic and workflow support.
• Emphasize customer communication and gather feedback on project status and results.

Skills Requirements:

• Extensive experience with full stack development with an emphasis on AI workflows.
• Experience with customer cross-domain solutions.
• Experience soliciting and applying feedback.
• Experience with AI assisted development.
• Experience programming in JavaScript and python.
