Job summary

Lockheed Martin designs, develops, and maintains secure CI/CD pipelines for platform deployment (RKE2, Rancher, etc.).

They implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or PowerShell to automate and standardize environments and enforce security across all artifacts to ensure continuous compliance.

The role spans multi-network, hybrid-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, on-premise) with vulnerability assessments and threat modeling to protect mission data and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration.
• Coding or scripting experience (e.g., C++, C#, Java; Python, Bash, PowerShell) or IaC experience (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, Ansible).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for platform deployment (RKE2, Rancher, etc.).
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or PowerShell to automate and standardize environments.
• Enforce security standards across all code and infrastructure artifacts, ensuring continuous compliance.
• Manage multi-network, hybrid-cloud environments spanning AWS, Azure, and on-premise resources.
• Support vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and remediation, proactively protecting mission data and systems.
