Blink, a mobile-first employee experience platform, seeks a highly skilled Fullstack Engineer to join our rapid delivery team in Boston. You will work with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and SQL to build and enhance integrations and internal tooling.

You should thrive in a dynamic startup atmosphere, enjoy solving challenging problems, and be comfortable guiding customers on technical calls while collaborating with a global team across Boston, London, and Sydney.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with TypeScript including React, Next.js, Express, and Node.js.
• Strong SQL skills and experience building integrations with external systems.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Identity & Access Management experience including SAML 2.0 and SCIM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack integrations and applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and SQL.
• Build and manage internal tooling with the support team to deliver a world-class service for our customers.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, practices, and tools, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
• Provide cross-functional technical guidance and support internally and with customers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-through.
• Assist customers on technical calls as needed, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer success.
