Qualifications

• 2–6 years of full-stack development experience with ownership of features or systems.
• Proficiency across backend and frontend technologies, connecting databases, APIs, and UIs.
• High standards for technical quality and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature development from concept through design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Define, enforce, and improve coding standards, architecture guidelines, and testing practices across the team.
• Mentor colleagues and advocate best practices in software development and collaboration.
• Work with users and stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into high-quality products.
• Build and maintain scalable backend systems using modern frameworks, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and design systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reliable code with minimal supervision.
• Make strategic technical decisions and optimize workflows for efficiency and scalability.
