Job summary

VAU0 LLC is a transportation technology company building AI-powered dispatch, TMS, and ELD compliance tools for small carriers across the US. We run real freight operations and real software — built entirely in house.

You will design and build features across the full stack using Node.js/Express, MariaDB, and vanilla JavaScript/HTML/CSS. You will own database schemas, deploy on Linux/Nginx, and collaborate on platform architecture in a fast-paced, equity-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Node.js / Express experience.
• Strong SQL skills (MariaDB or MySQL).
• Experience with vanilla JS, HTML, CSS (no framework required).
• Git-based workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new features across the full stack.
• Own database schema design and migrations (MariaDB).
• Build and maintain REST APIs consumed by web and mobile clients.
• Deploy and monitor production services on Linux/Nginx.
• Collaborate on architecture decisions for a growing platform.
