Job summary

Sekuro Asia - An Insight Company in the United States is seeking a mission-driven fullstack engineer to help build groundbreaking products for our customers. You will work across frontend and backend, translating user needs into scalable features and shipping them with quality and security in mind.

You will own projects end-to-end, collaborate on product direction, and mentor peers through code reviews and design discussions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a fullstack software engineer.
• Experience at a top-tier startup or MAANG company.
• History of owning, shipping or scaling impactful B2B or B2C products.
• Demonstrated upward trajectory within company (promotions or recognitions).
• Graduated with a Bachelor's in CS from a top 30 CS school in the US.
• Experience using AI professionally and/or building AI products.
• Active GitHub account with open source contributions or hackathon participation.

Responsibilities

• Build new products and features 0 to 1
• Take ownership of projects from conception all the way to shipping, ensuring modular, maintainable, and high-quality code
• Deliver value to our end users across our entire system while considering performance, scale, security, and maintainability
• Shape our product direction by talking to users and collaborating with other teammates in feature brainstorms/roadmap planning
• Provide thoughtful code reviews and technical guidance to peers, helping to improve overall team quality

Role requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience as a fullstack software engineer.
• Experience at a top- tier, reputable startup and/or MAANG company.
• History of owning, shipping or scaling impactful B2B or B2C products
• Demonstrated upward trajectory within company (aka received frequent promotions or recognitions)

Has built things one of the following domains:

• AI Agents
• Growth Engineering / Product Led Growth (PLG)
• B2C ordering, payments/point- of- sale, or commerce space (ex. UberEats, Doordash, Toast, Instacart, Square)
• Loyalty Programs or Lifecycle Marketing technology
• High visibility Mobile Apps (used by millions of users)
• Data Analytics products

Education

Graduated with a Bachelor\'s in CS (or related field) from a top 30 CS school in the US

Experience using AI professionally and/or building AI products

Active github account, contributes to open source projects, participates in hackathons, or has a passion for building side projects (even better if they\'ve been coding since they were kids and just love the craft!)
