Job summary

Hire Fellows is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to own an existing multi-sided digital platform. You\'ll tackle backend and frontend refinements, ensuring authentication, data flows, and real-time syncing run smoothly across customer, driver, retailer, and admin interfaces.

You will assess the current architecture, decide between fixes, rebuilds, or simplifications, and work directly with the founder to deliver a reliable, launch-ready product.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience, backend-focused.
• Hands-on with Lovable or AI-assisted app platforms.
• Strong experience with Supabase or similar backend, databases, and auth.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and complete existing apps, not just build new ones.

Responsibilities

• Take full technical ownership of the existing application and assess fixes/rewrites.
• Troubleshoot and improve backend functionality including auth, profiles, databases, orders, and real-time syncing.
• Work across customer, driver, retailer, and admin interfaces.
• Review and improve the Lovable-built app, indicating areas for rebuilding or restructuring.
• Build and maintain backend functionality using Supabase and related tech.
• Manage code on GitHub with a clean development setup.
• Ensure data flows correctly across platform for all user types.
• Identify issues proactively and propose scalable, reliable solutions.
• Test thoroughly and resolve bugs before launch.
• Document product setup, decisions, and key workflows.
