Job summary

Base is building a platform for a scalable, customer-first power experience. This role focuses on delivering the end-to-end member journey—from discovery and checkout to outage monitoring and real-time billing insights.

As a full-stack engineer, you’ll own architecture across the stack, ship features, and work closely with design, growth, deployments, and support to deliver a reliable product at speed. This is in-person in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production software experience in product or full-stack roles.
• Experience designing architecture for complex web apps.
• Track record of shipping products from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Own the member journey end to end from first visit to outage check-in.
• Build discovery and checkout with accurate pricing for all addresses.
• Create activation flows: photo submission, live status tracker, internal tools.
• Turn live telemetry into clear in-app experiences and real-time updates.
• Ship across the full stack and define metrics to measure success.
• Collaborate with design, Growth, deployments, and support teams.
