Job summary

Swish Analytics is building a next‑generation data analytics platform that powers real‑time access to large data for trading and operations optimization. You will design and implement scalable backend APIs and cutting‑edge frontend components using React/Next.js and Node.js.

You will work across teams to standardize the full development cycle, from design to CI, and explore new technologies to boost scalability and productivity for the trading analytics group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/CE/SE or equivalent field.
• Minimum 4+ years of software development experience.
• Minimum 1 year of production experience in backend RESTful API development (Restify, Fastify or similar).
• Expert-level frontend development with Javascript/Typescript, React/Next.js, Node.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the next-generation data analytics platform.
• Standardize the complete development cycle (design, implementation, unit tests, code reviews, CI).
• Research and adopt technologies to improve scalability and productivity.
• Drive technical design for diverse use cases with stakeholders and product owners.
• Coordinate with Data, DevOps, Product, Finance, and Customer Success for smooth deployment.
