Job summary

Photon is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, NestJS, TypeScript, Node.js, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This hands-on role requires architectural thinking across front-end and back-end with NoSQL databases such as Firebase.

The position supports multi-location work across Piscataway, NJ area and other states, collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of full-stack development experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, Nest JS, TypeScript, Node.js, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with experience in application architecture, cloud-native development, and NoSQL databases such as Firebase.

This role requires a hands‑on engineer who can contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, from solution design and architecture to implementation, deployment, and ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and Node.js.
