Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Engineer specializing in Python and Golang to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications. You will work on Agentic AI solutions, multi-agent architectures, and scalable backend services in collaboration with product, data science, and AI teams.

You will build RESTful APIs and microservices, implement CI/CD pipelines, ensure secure and reliable systems, and help productionize machine learning models while staying at the forefront

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on with CrewAI and multi-agent AI frameworks.
• Strong AI/ML knowledge and ML model experience.
• Experience with large language models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI patterns.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Python, Golang, CrewAI, and AI/ML technologies to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong full-stack development capabilities combined with hands-on experience in building Agentic AI solutions, multi-agent systems, and scalable backend services.

The candidate will work closely with product owners, architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI-powered platforms and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern software engineering practices.
• Build and deploy Agentic AI solutions leveraging CrewAI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop backend microservices and APIs using Python and Golang.
• Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications and production systems.
• Design and implement intelligent workflows using multi-agent architectures.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, asynchronous services, and event-driven systems.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to productionize machine learning models.
• Implement scalable solutions for model serving, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
• Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical leadership on AI initiatives.
• Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and high availability.
