Capital on Tap is looking for Full stack Engineers to help us build the best credit card and payment products for small businesses. If you value autonomy to explore new technologies and share knowledge with peers, keep reading.

The role starts fully remote; once our Lisbon office opens, it will move to a hybrid setup with two days on site. Required: 3+ years in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and React; strong testing and Agile experience. Stack includes .NET, React, Flutter, Azure, and GCP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands‑on experience in C#, .Net Core, SQL Server, and React.
• Good testing practices in unit and integration tests.
• Understanding of database technologies.
• Experience with Agile development.
• Eager to learn new skills and collaborate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Build robust and scalable solutions using .NET technologies.
• Own the SDLC from code to production, monitoring and improvement.
• Craft slick, responsive UIs with React and modern JS frameworks.
• Partner with Product Managers, QA, and fellow Engineers.
• Build unit and integration tests to keep software sharp.
• Troubleshoot and tweak issues as they arise.
• Bridge tech speak and business goals to keep everyone aligned.
