Job summary

Wanderboat AI is seeking full-stack engineers with a strong frontend and mobile focus to build our website and mobile app experiences, while also developing the backend endpoints powering these experiences.

This role is ideal for builders who move fast, care about craft, and want to create polished AI-native consumer products. We are based in Sunnyvale, CA, offering a competitive total compensation range and equity options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in frontend, full-stack, or product engineering.
• Hands-on coding; able to design, implement, debug production apps.
• Strong React and Next.js experience.
• Experience with React Native and production web/mobile apps.
• Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, or Jotai is a plus.

About the Role

We’re looking for full-stack engineers with a strong focus on frontend and mobile development to help build our website and mobile app experiences. You will also work on the backend endpoints and services that power these experiences.

• Experience working with backend APIs and services.
• Familiarity with Redux or Zustand; Jotai is a plus.
• Strong eye for product quality, usability, and detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership.

Compensation Range

The estimated total annual compensation range for this full-time position is $150K–$280K, including base salary, target bonus, and equity, plus benefits. This position spans multiple internal levels depending on qualifications.

Final offer amounts and compensation structure are determined by multiple factors, including experience, skills, expertise, and level.
