Job summary

Anori in California is seeking a Full Stack engineer with depth in AI systems to help build an AI platform for sustainable building development. You will wear multiple hats and deliver a new capability end to end.

Design and deploy production-grade software for AI experiences, build interactive web workflows, and work with users to turn feedback into features that deliver customer value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of software, AI engineers, designers, and domain experts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience building AI workflows in full-stack projects.
• Product-minded with ownership of features end-to-end.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent experience.
• Strong Python and JavaScript (React) development skills.
• 3+ years building large, complex software systems and web apps.
• Strong software engineering and system design skills; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Passion for solving complex problems with global impact.

The Role:

We’re looking for Full Stack engineers with a depth in AI systems. If you’re passionate about making a global impact in sustainable building development and you love wearing multiple hats and delivering a new capability end to end, then you could be a strong fit.

You might spend some of your time creating AI-assisted user workflows, implementing agentic frameworks, or working alongside AI engineers to validate AI system performance. You will be part of a talented, interdisciplinary engineering team helping build an AI platform from the ground up.

How you will make an Impact

What you should have:

• 1+ years of experience building agentic, harness-based or other AI workflows across the full stack

• A product mindset: an interest in taking ownership of features from end to end, including gathering user feedback and iterating rapidly on the design and performance

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent practical experience

• Strong python and javascript (React) development skills

• 3+ years of experience building large, complex software systems and web applications

• Strong software engineering/system design skills and excitement about solving complex problems at scale and navigating ambiguity

• A passion for solving complex problems with global impact

It’d be great if you also had these:

• Experience building applications and infra leveraging the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) stack

• Experience working in an early stage company with rapidly changing requirements
