Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Mid Full-Stack Software Engineer to modernize GEOINT and national security mission systems. You will build cloud-native microservices, develop front-end interfaces, and transform legacy pipelines into secure architectures supporting analysts.

The role involves React/Angular/Vue front-ends, Python/Java/C++, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS or Azure, Terraform/CloudFormation, and DevSecOps practices. Applicants must have 3+ years, TS/SCI clearance, and a STEM degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with full stack software development.
• Experience with modern object oriented languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Experience with a front end framework, such as React, Angular, or Vue, or with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience developing and consuming FastAPI, REST, gRPC, or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins CI/CD automation.
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or SQLite.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.

Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end features across modern front-end frameworks and back-end microservices.
• Build, enhance, and integrate API frameworks (FastAPI, REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
• Develop scalable services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Support cloud deployments (AWS or Azure) and IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Contribute to DevSecOps practices including automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning and peer code reviews.
