Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 1 in Phoenix, AZ to contribute across the SDLC with Java and ReactJS expertise. The role involves interviewing stakeholders, designing software, coding, testing, and maintaining systems in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with teams to deliver microservices, Kafka-based messaging solutions, and RESTful APIs, while leveraging Docker/Kubernetes for deployment and GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted development. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; progressive experience may substitute for education.
• Experience with Java backend development and ReactJS is expected.
• US work authorization is required; relocation may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting interviews/workshops to capture user needs and document requirements.
• Participate in design discussions and help document software specifications.
• Develop, refine, and document code following design specs.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, and report defects to improve software.
• Support integration of new features and troubleshoot production issues.
• Document coding practices, testing methods, and technical solutions.
