Job summary

Northern Base is seeking a senior full‑stack engineer to design, build, and scale AI-enabled applications using Python, Java, and React within a microservices architecture.

You will implement REST/SOAP APIs, deploy on OpenShift/Kubernetes, and develop AI agents with RAG and LLM integrations, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet enterprise requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered applications leveraging RAG, LLMs, and Agent-based architectures.
• Build and integrate AI Agents to automate business workflows and decision-making processes.
• Implement MCP standards to enable secure and scalable communication between AI models, tools, and enterprise systems.
• Integrate vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search capabilities into GenAI solutions.
• Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
