Job summary

WorldQuant Millennium Advisors (WMA) is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build and enhance internal analytical tools and dashboards that support product, platform, and business workflows. This role blends business analysis, data analytics, and web development, with a focus on scalable, user-friendly internal applications built using React and modern front-end libraries.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in web development, analytics or related technical roles.
• Experience with React, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Expertise in constructing and processing complex SQL queries; relational DB knowledge (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Unix/Linux background; shell scripting.
• Experience with building middleware services, caching, data visualization, logging and queuing.
• Strong debugging, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal analytical tools and dashboards for WMA users and stakeholders.
• Build SPAs using React and component libraries like Tailwind, Material UI, or similar.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and intuitive workflows.
• Use SQL and/or Polars to support reporting, analysis, and data needs.
• Support testing, deployment, and CI/CD for reliable delivery.
• Improve dashboards for usability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve workflows, reporting, and operational visibility.
