Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer (Starlink) to build and scale web applications for a global broadband network. You will work across engineering disciplines to deliver observable, high-performance systems for millions of assets and customers.

You’ll contribute to a .NET Core micro-service architecture running in Kubernetes with a React/Angular frontend, delivering world-class user experiences and robust tooling. Join a team pushing the frontier of space-enabled connectivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent with 1+ years of software development experience, or 3+ years of professional full stack experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with modern web stack and cloud-native architectures is preferred.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and debugging complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop well-architected, responsive, and performant web applications
• Develop highly reliable and available software systems for Starlink
• Design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant networks that operates for long periods of time with minimal maintenance at scale
• Deliver expert level Typescript, HTML, and CSS code for modern browsers
• Full stack application development (.NET Core micro-service architecture running in Kubernetes with a React and Angular frontend)
• Craft aesthetically and functionally flawless user experiences
• Collaborate with peers on architecture, design, and code reviews
• Deep dive into users’ problems to find and create efficient solutions
• Bring your voice to the table in team collaborations on architecture, design, and code reviews
