Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners seeks an early engineering hire to build software for autonomous CNC manufacturing facilities that operate and scale factories supporting critical industrial supply chains. You’ll develop factory operations software for inventory, material tracking, and part flow; create low-latency machine monitoring; and build quality tools used by machinists on the shop floor.

This on-site role in Austin, TX offers a salary range of $130,000 to $200,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of full-stack software engineering experience with Python and Django.
• Experience shipping products in demanding environments and solving ambiguous problems.
• Strong CS fundamentals and an excellent academic record.
• Eligibility to work on ITAR projects in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build factory operations software for inventory, material tracking, and part flow.
• Develop machine monitoring systems with low latency for CNC machines.
• Create quality management tools to track and improve part quality.
• Collaborate with machinists on the shop floor and iterate based on feedback.
• Design systems that can be deployed across multiple factory locations.
