Job summary

Parsons, a leader in defense and intelligence solutions, seeks a talented full-stack Software Engineer in the United States. You will design, develop, and maintain full‑stack apps using Python, React and TypeScript to integrate data and enable mission workflows on Agile teams.

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience, a CS/CE degree or related field, and an active Top Secret clearance. Proficiency with Java, C++, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Git is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related professional experience; active Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience developing full-stack apps with Java, C++, React/TypeScript.
• Backend services and RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Django, or equivalent.
• Interactive UIs with React and modern JS/TS frameworks; JSON/XML; PostgreSQL.
• Git, debugging tools, automated testing; Linux and Docker familiarity.
• Understanding of Agile development practices and secure coding.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software applications.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data through APIs and backend services.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations for mission-focused workflows.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on secure, scalable solutions.
• Participate in Agile development, automated testing, and CI/CD.
