Job summary

ACA Group in Durham, NC is building a full-stack technology team to drive our GRC platform forward. We hire at all levels and seek voracious learners who want to shape the intersection of finance, technology, and AI.

You’ll design cloud-native software for financial institutions, work across the stack—from front-end UX to back-end services—and collaborate with product managers, compliance experts, and clients to solve high-impact problems, applying AI thoughtfully with a human-in-the-loop.

Qualifications

Experience developing cloud-native applications for enterprise-scale platforms.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design.
Experience with front-end and back-end technologies.

Responsibilities

Design and implement cloud-native software for financial institutions.
Work across the stack—from front-end to back-end services and infrastructure.
Collaborate with product managers, compliance experts, and clients to solve high-impact problems.
