Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for the Employee Experience team in Palo Alto. You will own software solutions used across SpaceX and help build applications that enable faster production and Starlink services.

The role requires collaboration, problem solving, and a strong ownership mindset. We value engineers who can design, code, test, and deploy in a fast-paced environment with a focus on reliability, performance, and user impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or scientific discipline; OR 2+ years of professional software experience
• 1+ years of experience in full stack development
• Experience with modern web app development and CI/CD concepts

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable software solutions used across SpaceX
• Create new applications to improve SpaceX operations
• Build prototypes to prove design concepts and quantify constraints
• Own all aspects of software engineering and product development
• Deep dive into users’ problems to craft efficient solutions
• Contribute in architecture, design, and code reviews
