Arena Intelligence is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to own features end-to-end across the Arena platform. You will move from understanding the problem to designing, building, shipping, and measuring impact on real-world AI evaluation tasks.

You’ll collaborate with ML researchers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable web apps that span frontend, backend, and database layers. Join a mission-driven group building tools used by top labs and industry partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering with enterprise or developer-facing product focus.
• Experience building user-facing web apps across frontend, backend/API, and database.
• Clear, concise communication and proactive context sharing.
• Evidence of shipping and iterating—full feature ownership from problem to post-launch.

Responsibilities

• Own features from technical scoping through deployment and post-launch iteration.
• Design and extend schemas, APIs, and business logic to support new product capabilities.
• Ship high-quality product code across the stack.
• Incorporate real user feedback to improve what you've shipped.
• Collaborate with ML researchers to productionize research services for product development.
• Work with design, product, and engineering to decide what to build, not just how.
