Job summary

TLA is seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer to join our team in Washington. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications spanning UI to server-side logic, collaborating with Agile teams to deliver high-quality software that meets business requirements and performs across platforms.

You will work with front-end and back-end stacks, APIs, databases, and CI/CD processes, ensuring secure, efficient, and well-documented code while supporting ongoing improvement and

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Experience with server-side languages (Python, Java, Node.js) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of APIs, version control and software architecture.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end applications.
• Design responsive web interfaces for cross‑platform compatibility.
• Create and manage servers and databases for functionality.
• Develop robust APIs and RESTful services.
• Participate in the full SDLC from analysis to deployment and support.
• Write clean, scalable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade existing software for performance and security.
• Collaborate with designers and data scientists to ship new features.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and coordinate with DevOps for deployment.
• Document new and existing applications and processes.
