Qualifications

You will work on multiple AI-driven projects, with one key initiative being QuantumRecruit, an innovative recruitment platform that utilizes AI and machine learning technologies to streamline hiring processes. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of scalable, secure, and efficient AI-based software products for a variety of industries. You’ll collaborate with a team of skilled engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver cutting-edge solutions that solve real-world problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience (internships and academic projects may count).
• At least 3 years of experience with AI/ML technologies, with a preference for working with OpenAI tools or similar platforms.
• Experience in automation and data management related to AI applications.
• Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.

Position Duties

• Develop and maintain AI-driven software products for various client projects, including QuantumRecruit.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and implement advanced AI features into applications.
• Integrate APIs from OpenAI and other AI/ML platforms into production systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, refine system performance, and enhance user experience.
• Build and refine simple user interfaces (UIs) to provide a seamless user experience.
• Work on automation and data management tasks related to AI technologies.
• Implement best practices for secure, scalable, and maintainable application development.
• Contribute to projects leveraging Azure and AWS cloud services.
