Job summary

Halborn is seeking a full stack developer to own features from database schema to pixel-level UI, building AI-enabled workflows for security researchers and clients in the blockchain/fintech space.

You will design end-to-end systems across React/TypeScript frontend and Python/Node.js services, with a focus on AI-assisted tooling and secure coding practices in a production environment.

Qualifications

• 4 or more years building production web applications with ownership of frontend and backend.
• Proficient in React and TypeScript; strong state management and CSS.
• Backend experience with Python/Node.js and designing REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Relational DB experience (PostgreSQL preferred) and query optimization.
• Cloud exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines you configured.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs and AI coding assistants into real products.
• Security-focused engineering practices and knowledge of common web vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features end to end across React/TypeScript frontend and Python/Node.js services.
• Model data and design robust APIs with clear contracts and migrations.
• Develop AI-native capabilities: LLM orchestration and AI-driven workflows.
• Use AI tools in development while ensuring code quality and security reviews.
• Automate engineering and security workflows to scale researchers' work.
• Write secure code with input validation, auth, and secrets handling.
• Participate in code reviews as author and reviewer to raise code quality.
• Deploy and operate containerized services, cloud infra, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with researchers, auditors, and product stakeholders to translate domain knowledge into usable software.
• Contribute to technical direction and architectural decisions with documentation.
