Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in modern full-stack development with React/TypeScript and Python or Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business teams to identify, scope, and solve operational and technical problems.
• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications, internal tools, and APIs.
• Leverage AI and LLM technologies to accelerate development and workflows.
• Translate complex requirements from non-technical stakeholders into clear designs.
• Assess technical feasibility and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Maintain technical documentation to enable knowledge transfer and adoption.
• Contribute to intake and prioritization of new demand from teams and products.
