Zearch Ltd is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer for an on-site NYC role, focusing on agentic AI data migration. You will own frontend, backend, and some DevOps, building with React, TypeScript, Remix, and deploying on AWS/Cloudflare.

As an early-founder-level engineer, you will influence product direction, work closely with customers, and help shape the tech stack and team culture while delivering high-impact migrations.

Full Stack Software Engineer: Agentic AI Data Migration (Recent Series A, On-site NYC)

Zearch are delighted to be partnering with a recently funded, early-stage startup building agentic infrastructure for one of enterprise software's hardest problems: getting complex systems live with customers fast.

ERPs, CRMs and systems of record are notoriously hard to set up, and they take a long time to prove value. Our client works with the companies that build and sell this software, freeing their customer success teams from hundreds of hours of manual pointing, clicking, dragging and dropping. That means solving some thorny automation and migration problems.

This is an early, founding-style engineering hire. If you want real ownership, a voice in product direction and significant equity in what you build, this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing

You'll own work across the whole stack (frontend, backend and some DevOps), and the focus will shift day to day. Day-to-day, that means:

• Building full-stack features in React, Tailwind, TypeScript and Remix
• Running and evolving infrastructure on AWS and Cloudflare
• Building agentic automation that configures and migrates complex enterprise systems
• Joining customer conversations and turning what you hear into product direction
• Anticipating edge cases in systems that constantly change and often behave unexpectedly
• Getting yourself, and your peers, unblocked on problems no one has solved before
• Helping shape the stack, engineering practices and culture as the team grows

What we're looking for

• A proven track record building full-stack systems, ideally with TypeScript and React
• Someone scrappy who likes hacking on solutions and sees weird edge cases as a challenge, not a blocker
• An engineer who wants product opinions, not a sprint of perfectly specced tickets
• Comfort in a high-ownership environment where the team shares successes and failures, because the client's partners depend on what you ship

Nice to Have

• Experience with Remix, AWS or Cloudflare
• Experience with ERP, CRM or enterprise software implementation and data migration
• Previous early-stage or founding engineer experience
