Job summary

Kodiak Finance is seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer to join our core team, building DeFi web applications on Berachain’s native liquidity hub. You will maintain and automate our production stack and collaborate with product and security teams to ship features quickly.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year DeFi experience, strong React/TypeScript skills, and proficiency with ethers.js and front-end tooling. Experience with Foundry or Hardhat is a plus.

Qualifications

1+ years of engineering experience in DeFi (Ethereum/EVM).
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and React.
Strong experience with ethers.js and web3 front-end tooling (Wagmi, Viem, RainbowKit).
Experience with smart-contract development tools such as Foundry and Hardhat.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications (dapps) for the DEX and related products.
Ensure the security and reliability of the platform in mainnet production environment.
Implement and test Solidity smart contracts (writing net new smart contract code preferred, but not required).
Collaborate with the product team to define and implement new features.
Optimize code for performance and maintainability.

Role Overview:We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Engineer to join our core team. As an early stage core contributor, you will work with the engineering team to maintain and automate our existing product stack in a production environment, as well as collaborating with the product team to rapidly iterate and drive new product development. This role suits someone with previous experience in DeFi protocols, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, and ready to collaborate with an experienced engineering team.
