Role: Full Stack Engineer

Location: USA-Based (Remote, preferred West Coast hours)

Schedule: Part-Time/Contract (~20 hours/week; 6 months contract to hire role)

Accuracy, reliability, and strong technical execution are essential, as performance will be measured by the

extremely high quality and precision of deliverables.

This is a key technical role for someone who enjoys building end-to-end systems - combining thoughtful backend architecture with intuitive, performant front-end experiences. As the Lead Engineer, you will:

• Design and develop scalable AI solutions that integrate with advanced hardware products and services.
• Build innovative proof-of-concept applications to showcase AI solutions and their business impact.
• Contribute to the evaluation and integration of new AI technologies and tools into our existing Azure tech stack.
• Leverage our React-native front-end apps and Azure services for developing and deploying AI solutions.
• Thoroughly document and manage project requirements, data, and technical details to ensure continuity and reference for future releases.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in front-end technologies, specifically React-Native.
• Experience with back-end programming languages, specifically C# Dotnet 9/Aspire and with SQL databases.
• Must have experience with Azure services (Event Grid (MQTT), SQL Server, Blob Storage, KeyCloak, Containers, Notification Hub).
• Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, debugging, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT).
• Familiarity with state management, asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure containerization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with globally distributed teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
