We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our internal development team. This is a hands-on, direct-hire role focused on building, enhancing, and supporting enterprise web applications used across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack engineer who enjoys owning features end-to-end, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and working in a long-term product environment rather than short-term consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web Forms, and Blazor
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
• Design and implement database solutions using SQL Server and Oracle
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and other developers to define and deliver new features
• Troubleshoot performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and resolve defects
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools
• Ensure application quality, security, and maintainability
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Strong programming experience with:
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Hands‑on experience with SQL Server and Oracle
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with OnBase ECM
• Exposure to enterprise‑scale or legacy modernization projects
• Experience supporting long‑lived production systems
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
