Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Oracle) to develop and maintain Oracle-based web applications on-site in Titusville, Florida. The role supports system engineers and migrates legacy data to modern dashboards, collaborating with a small team of software engineers and program stakeholders to ensure mission-critical operations.

Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense Secret clearance as a condition and continuation of employment. Candidates must also be U.S. citizens.

Role Overview

This position involves the development and maintenance of Oracle-based web applications. The role supports system engineers and includes working with legacy data to migrate it to modern dashboards. The successful candidate will collaborate with a small team of software engineers and program stakeholders to support mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Full stack or front-end web development experience (HTML, CSS, JS, PL/SQL).
• Experience with Oracle software development, including developing packages, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and indexes.
• Programming experience in Python.
• Experience with Agile Development and Collaboration tools such as JIRA.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle RDBMS schema design.
• Experience with Oracle front-end development using Oracle Forms or APEX.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum best practices.
• Background in secure coding practices.
• Experience with Tableau dashboard development.
• Recognized certification such as CompTIA Security+.
• Experience working with parquet and Time Series data design/storage.
• Experience with Digital Engineering (MBSE, Digital Twins, etc.).
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Experience with version control software.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience.
