Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.

• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer, similar).
• Full stack development experience, including frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar).
• Experience working in agile or iterative development environments.

Overview

We are expanding our engineering team and are looking to hire 1–3 mid-level Full Stack Software Engineers who thrive in a cloud-native, AI-enabled development environment. This role is ideal for engineers with strong backend expertise in Python, hands‑on AWS experience, and familiarity with modern AI-assisted coding tools.

You’ll play a key role in designing and building scalable systems, with a ~70% backend / 30% frontend focus, while contributing to a fast-moving, highly collaborative team leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI and agent-based systems.

• Experience integrating or building applications with LLMs or generative AI services
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g., SNS/SQS, Kafka)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Compensation

Salary: $125,000 - $145,000
