Vale Concepts, a dynamic Seattle startup, is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design and build features across their application stack. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to ensure seamless user experiences.

The role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design and build features across the full application stack, helping Vale deliver a seamless experience for customers, operators, and internal teams.

• Design, build, and ship features across both front‑end and back‑end systems
• Write clean, testable, and well‑documented code across the full stack
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver high‑quality user experiences
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to engineering best practices
• Review code from peers and give constructive, actionable feedback
• Debug and resolve production issues promptly and thoroughly
• Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and engineering processes

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 4+ years of full stack engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in React and Node.js (or equivalent front‑end/back‑end stack)
• Experience with relational databases and RESTful or GraphQL API design
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments
• Experience with automated testing at unit, integration, and end‑to‑end levels

Compensation

$140,000 – $185,000 per year
