Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Server-side experience with Python or Node.js.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of REST and GraphQL API design and integration.
• Experience building Docker images and deploying on AWS; Shopify APIs knowledge.

Summary:

Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the growing team. As a key member of the development group, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, a deep understanding of modern web technologies, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.

Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Drive the end-to-end development of innovative software and e-commerce solutions, spanning both front-end and back-end development.
• Architecture and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect scalable and maintainable systems that meet business requirements.
• Integration: Work on integrating various third-party services, APIs, and payment gateways to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions, considering factors such as performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a team of engineers, luxury stylists, fashion brands and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of software components and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field OR relevant experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as React, NextJs, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong expertise in server-side development using languages like Python or Node.js.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Postgres) and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of REST and/or GraphQL API design and integration.
• Proficiency in building Docker images, optimizing container performance, and integrating Docker into the overall development and deployment workflow.
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), including proficiency in deploying and managing applications on AWS platforms. Familiarity with services such as ECS, Cognito, S3, Lambda, RDS, is essential.
• Understanding of the Shopify platform and experience developing applications using Shopify’s APIs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Startup experience or interest in learning about luxury fashion is a plus.
