BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Full Stack AWS Engineer for a Hybrid opportunity in Malvern, PA.

Location: Malvern, PA

Anticipated Start Date: 01/05/2025 (subject to change)

Expected Duration: 1+ Year

Job Type: Contract – Hybrid

We are looking for a hands‑on Full‑Stack AWS Engineer with strong experience building and supporting cloud‑native applications on AWS. This role involves end‑to‑end ownership — from design and development to deployment, monitoring, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full‑stack applications on AWS
• Build frontend applications using Angular
• Design and implement REST and GraphQL APIs and microservices
• Work with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, EventBridge, IAM, Glue, and Athena
• Follow DevOps and CI/CD practices using Bamboo, Bitbucket, Git, and JIRA
• Deploy and promote code across development, test, and production environments
• Monitor application health using AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, and Honeycomb
• Handle ServiceNow incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support production issues
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide development demos
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver and improve solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS‑based full‑stack development
• Experience designing and building APIs and microservices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Production support experience, including monitoring and incident resolution
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex systems
• Strong communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders
