JohnHart Corp is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in PHP and Laravel to join our dynamic development team. A core part of this role involves CRM development, alongside a range of other web applications across our stack.

We move quickly, so we're looking for someone who can deliver accurate, high-quality work on deadline. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PHP frameworks, MVC architecture, and expertise in OOP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PHP web application experience.
• Experience building or maintaining a CRM or data-driven app.
• Strong MVC understanding with Laravel, Blade, and Livewire.
• Solid OOP and design patterns knowledge.
• Strong SQL capabilities with MySQL or PostgreSQL, including complex queries.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Git proficiency and understanding of version control.
• Experience deploying PHP apps on server environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust, scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel, including ongoing CRM development.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code following best practices in MVC and OOP.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Build and maintain the back-end architecture and APIs that power our applications.
• Work with SQL databases (MySQL/Postgres or similar) to design and manage schemas, queries, and optimizations.

This role requires a balance of front-end and back-end development, with a focus on building scalable, maintainable, and performant web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust, scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel, including ongoing CRM development.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code following best practices in MVC and OOP.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Requirements

• Extensive PHP experience: 3+ years developing web applications with PHP.
• Experience building and/or maintaining a CRM or comparable data-driven business application.
• Strong understanding of the MVC architecture with proficiency in Laravel, Blade, and Livewire.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Solid understanding of databases (MySQL/Postgres), including complex queries, performance optimization, and schema design.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Experience with Git.
• Proficient with server environments, including setting up and maintaining PHP applications.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience with Linux-based operating systems.
• Knowledge of security best practices for web applications.
