Job summary

HardLaunch seeks a strong full-stack product engineer to own end-to-end development from UI to data layers. You will work with TypeScript across frontend (Vite/React) and backend, deployed on Vercel with Supabase and Postgres, and ship features that scale.

You will design architecture, drive AI-driven automation, and collaborate with the founder to align product and growth efforts in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• The product, end-to-end. Frontend (Vite / TypeScript) through backend (TypeScript), deployed on Vercel with Supabase (Postgres). The whole path from UI to data is yours.
• Account infrastructure. Generation, assignment, and reliability at scale: 100+ real accounts running as a fleet that posts every day without breaking.
• Content generation. A truly best-in-class AI UGC engine: the system that decides and produces what actually performs.
• Internal tooling. The flows and systems that let the account-creation team operate at volume.
• Agentic integrations. Our MCP server and the architecture that lets us plug into modern agentic stacks.
• Architecture and technical judgment. The calls on structure, tooling, and trade are fast enough to keep shipping and sound enough to scale as our users do.
• The content and product roadmap. In lockstep with the founder: talk to users, know our capabilities, and have strong input on direction.
• AI and automation. Embedded in both the product and the way we build it.
• The future team. Solo builder first, then hire, set the standard for, and lead the engineers who come after you.

Requirements:

• Strong full-stack product engineer. You build end-to-end, from the interface a user touches to the systems that run behind it. The more you lean toward 10x building technical moats, moving faster than anyone expects, the better.
• Deep knowledge of our stack. TypeScript across the board, a modern frontend build (Vite / React), and backend services in TypeScript, deployed on Vercel with Supabase / Postgres. Run in production, not just on a side project.
• Native to short-form. You can tell instantly what works and why. This can't be taught; without it, this isn't your seat regardless of engineering strength.
• Product and user instinct. You think in journeys and in what a user should feel and do, not in components or the roundness of a button.
• Operational design sense. You can design the logical flows that make operations run, which accounts for where, when, how many, and at what capacity, not just the code.
• Judgment under ambiguity. You infer, decide, and make good calls on your feet, including which calls to make yourself and which to raise with the founder. No hand-holding.
• A track record in messy, fast-moving environments, and you thrived on it.
• Founder-level intensity as your natural tempo, not something imposed on you. You'll set the pace for the engineering team that follows.
• Genuine interest in AI, automation, and agentic systems: MCP, LLMs, and building real products on top of them.
• Genuine interest in marketing, growth, and short-form distribution. You don't need UGC expertise, but you need to care about the space.
