Job summary

The Fayette Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design and develop enterprise solutions for Corporate Real Estate (CRE) operations. This role demands expertise in modern frameworks and a collaborative spirit.

The ideal candidate should have 6–8 years of experience in development, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, and hands-on capabilities in Angular and SQL. The position is primarily on-site at the Atlanta, GA corporate office, five days a week.

Job description

Independently designs, develops, tests, and maintains complex software solutions that meet business and user needs. Emphasizes delivering scalable, reliable, and high‑quality applications by applying advanced best practices in coding, architecture, and software lifecycle management, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers.

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise workplace technology solutions that enable Corporate Real Estate (CRE) operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong full stack engineering capabilities across modern application development, enterprise integrations, workflow automation, and analytics. This role supports a portfolio of workplace and CRE solutions and requires collaboration with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and data‑driven business outcomes.

Candidates with experience supporting Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facilities Management, Workplace Technology, or Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) are strongly preferred.

Experience with platforms such as IBM TRIRIGA, ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Archibus, Planon, FM:Systems, or similar workplace technology solutions is highly desirable.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and event‑driven applications using .NET Core or Spring Boot
  • Build responsive and user‑friendly front‑end applications using Angular or React
  • Configure and support workplace platforms such as IBM TRIRIGA or similar IWMS systems
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models
  • Design and implement workflows using Power Automate
  • Build dashboards and reports using Power BI (including DAX)
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design decisions
  • Work in Agile teams and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
  • 6–8 years of experience in full stack application development
  • Strong expertise in modern frameworks like Spring, .NET / .NET Core, Web APIs, and modern architecture patterns
  • Hands‑on experience with Angular, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience supporting Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Space Management, Occupancy Planning, or Workplace Operations
  • Strong hands‑on with SQL, Python, Unix/PowerShell, UI testing, and Informatica (Basics)
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Awareness of AI / GenAI use cases in analytics or automation
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Master’s Degree or MBA
  2. Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt, CQIA, or similar process improvement methodologies
  3. Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry
  4. Experience working in Agile development environments
