For this role, we are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable web applications that support mission-critical operations.

This role requires a hands-on engineer with strong full-stack development experience, and the ability to integrate applications across complex environments.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering secure, high-performance solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve challenging technical problems in a dynamic mission environment.

This position requires an active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level with CI Polygraph.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern software engineering best practices.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Python.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• Manage source code using Git workflows, including branching, code reviews, and merge strategies.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and deployment issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps engineers, system administrators, and mission stakeholders to deliver reliable software solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure applications meet security, performance, and reliability requirements.

Expected work schedule is three days onsite and two days remote. Must be able to work onsite up to five days per week as needed to support business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• US citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• 5 or more years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience developing applications with Java and/or Python.
• Experience building modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with relational database development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• Strong understanding of Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience collaborating on or contributing to UI/UX design, including creating intuitive, user-centered interfaces and improving overall user experience.
• Experience designing distributed or microservices-based architectures.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Helm charts or Ansible.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments.
